OUR PURPOSE -
Because Someone Saw Me
In 2010, I was broken and hiding in plain sight — serving refugees in northern Kenya but carrying my own wounds. I poured myself out for displaced families, believing that if I just stayed busy enough, I could outrun my own pain.
My mentor was doing the same work. Her hands were full serving the suffering. But somehow, in the middle of that fire, she paused to see me. She looked past what I was doing and spoke to who I was becoming. She called out purpose when I could only see pain.
That moment forged me.
Now I live to be that voice for young people who are hiding in plain sight — serving, striving, surviving — but not yet seen. They're in classrooms, churches, and communities across the world, carrying gifts they don't yet recognize and wounds they don't know what to do with.
I see them. I call out what God placed in them.
Because someone did that for me, and it changed everything.

"When you partner with Kingdom Ambassadors International, you're not funding programs. You're continuing what my mentor started — the holy work of seeing people into their purpose."
— MARGY OTIATO, FOUNDER
OUR STORY -
From Crisis to Calling
Kingdom Ambassadors International was born from one woman's journey through pain — and the mentor who saw purpose on the other side.
In 2010, during the devastating Horn of Africa crisis, founder Margy Otiato was serving refugee families in northern Kenya. Surrounded by unimaginable suffering — families fleeing Somalia, mothers who had lost everything, children who had seen too much — she encountered something unexpected: her own healing.
A missionary mentor looked past Margy's wounds and spoke to her purpose. In that season of serving others, God began transforming her own pain into something redemptive. She discovered a truth that would become the heartbeat of her life's work: when we stop running from our brokenness and instead offer it to God, He turns it into a bridge for others.
That revelation planted a seed.
Years later, during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, when the world locked down and young people faced isolation, uncertainty, and shattered plans, that seed sprouted. What began as virtual conversations with youth in Kenya grew into a movement. Young people weren't just connecting — they were being transformed. Industry leaders and luminaries began joining the conversations, challenging youth to think bigger. Faith-based coaching sessions became spaces of breakthrough.
Today, Kingdom Ambassadors International operates across five nations — Kenya, Uganda, USA, Canada, and Australia — connecting African youth and diaspora communities with mentors, leaders, and a faith community that believes their struggle is not the end of their story.
It's the beginning of their rising.

FOUNDER & VISIONARY LEADER -
Leader - Margy Otiato
Margy Otiato is a certified life coach, pastor, mentor, and global ministry leader passionate about helping young people discover purpose beyond their circumstances. Through personal experiences of rejection, loss, and identity struggles, she learned that true transformation comes through intimacy with God.
Her calling was deeply shaped during the 2010 Horn of Africa crisis while serving refugee families, where her own healing journey became part of her ministry mission. With over two decades of administrative experience working with the United Nations and international organizations, Margy combines global leadership with compassion and faith-based mentorship.
She is the Co-founder and Pastor of Eminence of Grace Church in Mount Vernon, New York, founder of Kingdom Ambassadors International, and author of the forthcoming book 'Emergence from Emergencies' Transforming Pain Into Purpose. Through mentorship rooted in Scripture and relationship, she helps young people move from fear to faith and from survival to significance.

"I don't teach theory. I teach what broke me, what healed me, and what I've watched heal others."

VISION 2026; LOOKING AHEAD -
Feeding the Hungry, Forming the Heart
Our commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
By December 2026, Kingdom Ambassadors International will establish a sustainable monthly food distribution program for destitute families in Kenya.
But this is about more than food.
This initiative is a training ground for the next generation of compassionate leaders. We're not just feeding families — we're forming young people who will feed nations.

OUR VISION -
What Our Youth Will Learn
-
Develop practical skills in logistics and community organizing
-

-
Understand that true leadership means serving others
-
Experience firsthand the joy of generosity
This vision was born in our November 2024 community gathering, where our members overcame fear and shared their individual visions for the first time. This is what emerged: a collective commitment to tangible, sustainable, compassionate action.
