I joined KAI in 2020 during the pandemic when I felt lost and directionless. Through the mentorship program, I discovered my passion for software development and received guidance on how to pursue it despite financial constraints.
Key Achievements
Built 3 mobile apps serving over 50,000 users; Mentoring 5 junior developers.
KAI didn't just teach me skills—they taught me to believe in myself. The mentors saw potential in me that I didn't see in myself.

Growing up in Kibera, I never imagined I could attend university. KAI connected me with mentors who helped me navigate scholarship applications and prepare for university life. The charity missions taught me that I could give back even while receiving help.
Key Achievements
Founded a health education initiative in Kibera; Awarded full scholarship for medical school
KAI showed me that my background doesn't define my future. I'm now studying to become a doctor so I can serve my community.
